The All Progressives Congress (APC) National Woman Leader, Mary Alile Idele, has condemned the recent killings in Plateau State and Kaduna State, describing the attacks as barbaric, senseless, and unacceptable in a civilized society.
In a statement, Idele commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his firm stance that the perpetrators would not go unpunished, as well as the swift deployment of security agencies to apprehend those responsible.
She stressed that the safety and protection of Nigerians must remain a top priority, urging security operatives to intensify ongoing operations and ensure that justice is both served and seen to be served.
“Nigeria must stand united against violence. Those behind these heinous acts must face the full weight of the law,” she said.
The APC chieftain further called for unity among citizens and decisive action from relevant authorities, noting that the nation is watching closely as efforts to restore peace and security continue.
