James Abiodun Faleke a member of Governance Advisory Council (GAC) has obtained the All Progressives Congress (APC) Expression of Interest and Nomination forms for Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
The forms, reportedly valued at ₦100 million, were collected on behalf of the President at the APC national secretariat in Abuja. They were presented by Suleiman Argungu, marking a formal step toward Tinubu’s anticipated reelection bid under the ruling party.
Faleke, who represents Ikeja Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, is a longtime ally of the President and founder of the Tinubu Support Groups (TSG). He previously played a similar role during Tinubu’s 2023 presidential campaign.
The development comes as the All Progressives Congress continues preparations for its 2027 presidential primaries, having earlier outlined guidelines and fees for aspirants.
Supporters of the President have welcomed the move, describing it as a sign of growing momentum behind the administration’s “Renewed Hope” agenda. The development has also gained traction on social media, with further reactions expected as political activities ahead of 2027 gather pace.
