A solemn atmosphere of gratitude and reverence enveloped Abraham’s Tabernacle, Sagamu as dignitaries, family members, political associates, and well-wishers gathered to celebrate the 70th birthday thanksgiving service of former Ogun State Governor, Otunba Justus Gbenga Daniel.
The thanksgiving service, described by many as a profound reflection of divine grace, was marked by heartfelt worship, prayers, and tributes acknowledging the life and legacy of the celebrant. Clergy at the event emphasized the significance of the milestone, describing it as a fulfilment of God’s glory and a testament to a life dedicated to service, leadership, and impact.
In the exhortation, Pastor Adejare Adeboye the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God described the celebrant as ''OMOLUWABI' highlighting Otunba Daniel’s journey as a “pathfinder,” noting his contributions to governance, economic development, and community advancement in Ogun State and beyond. He urged leaders and followers alike to draw inspiration from a life anchored in faith, perseverance, and vision.
The event attracted an array of prominent figures from across the country, reflecting the far-reaching influence of the former governor. Speakers at the service paid glowing tributes, recounting his strides in public service and his enduring commitment to nation-building.
